Steadfast Software Group was built by someone who spent 25 years doing the work this software manages — not someone who studied it from the outside.
Steadfast started with a simple problem: the maintenance and work order software available to small and mid-sized operations either costs too much, does too little, or was built by people who've never actually run a warehouse floor.
After 25+ years as a forklift and battery charger technician — plus 20 years of welding, 10 years of tractor trailer repair, and hands-on warehouse inventory management — the gap between what software companies build and what operations actually need became impossible to ignore.
So instead of waiting for someone else to build it right, we started building it ourselves.
25+ years — forklift and battery charger technician, team lead
20 years — welding and fabrication
10 years — tractor trailer repair
Hands-on — warehouse inventory and parts management
Not the other way around. Your workflow shouldn't have to bend around a platform's limitations.
Technician input isn't a formality — it's the most valuable input in the build.
Operations change. The software should be able to change with them, with someone who answers the phone.
No pressure, no sales script — just a conversation about what you need.
